Ashgrove wholesale was founded in February 1991 by the two directors and brothers, Michael and Frank Burke.
It was originally established to facilitate the production and sale of beef and lamb direct to catering outlets i.e hotels, restaurants and other retail outlets.

Over the years the two brothers have developed a wholesale meat business renowned in the industry for a keen focus on supplying excellent, quality meats to it’s customers.

In addition, we have continually implemented and embraced the most stringent regulations to ensure a modern, clean and safe production and delivery process.
